Why HARSH

Two decades in the field.

HARSH DOO was founded in Belgrade in 2007, operating vending machines for offices and businesses across Serbia. The technical service capability grew out of the operations business itself — keeping our own machines running became the foundation for servicing equipment owned by other operators, then a dedicated maintenance line and spare parts supply.

The IT and technology pillar emerged more recently, through a network of specialized partners. Three connected businesses, one service standard, and the kind of practical know-how that only comes from twenty years on the ground.

Which vending machine brands does HARSH service?
We service major European vending manufacturers: Necta, Saeco, Bianchi, Rheavendors, Jofemar, Crane, and others. If your equipment isn't listed, contact us — we likely service it.
Do you offer maintenance contracts?
Yes. Service contracts are available for businesses with a single machine or full fleets. Pricing depends on machine count, location, and response time requirements.
How fast is your service response time?
Most service calls in Belgrade are handled within 24 hours. Emergency interventions are available 24/7 for contract clients with critical equipment.
Do you supply spare parts for vending machines?
Yes. OEM and compatible parts are stocked for the most common failure points: brewer units, grinders, coin and bill validators, control boards, vend motors, and refrigeration components. Non-stock parts sourced on request.
Which areas of Serbia do you cover?
Belgrade is our primary service area, with the fastest response times. We service vending equipment across Serbia under maintenance contracts and on a case-by-case basis.
Do you install new vending machines for businesses?
Yes. We handle full vending placement for offices, hotels, and businesses: installation, replenishment, cleaning, monitoring, and ongoing service. Coffee, espresso, snack, and cold drink machines.
